People under her left in droves during her reign. Did the same when she was in Singtel and made a mess of things over there. But what to do...she is well connected.

Labs SVP was one of the crony...useless guy whose team never delivered anything tangible under his 5+ years in charge. Only know how to bash other business units' ideas then steal and repackage as his own. He and his team got "re-org" away as well...
