Am from the risk dept. Lots of scholars here, and they tend to be better performers as well. If you're just an average farmer, your opportunities may be limited.

I see, for scholars do you mean GPP or do you mean scholarship holders or masters holder. Is the work there stressful and demanding? Thanks so much, still deciding if I shld accept the offer! 🙏🙏

Keen to know too! Scholar culture mentioned everywhere - but what exactly constitute it? Work wise not sure whether it's stress. Maybe someone inside can give better insights.

Hi, Risk dept refers to ERM and/or Insurance? Would like to know if there are opportunities there and if GIC really does take risks seriously.
