Lesser than last year. C was 2 22, this year only 1.8. B was 3.22, this year 2.93. Sad life.

Yes. Go see the civil service PB thread. Everyone's bonus is cut by around 0.3 across the board.

Hard truth. Recently gave a meagre pay adjustment. But now take back by reducing the bonus quantum. Effectively not much increase in overall package afterall. What a joke.

Yeah, those hands did the most work get the lowest increment. I wonder how many regretted giving good feedback at the recent 360 survey. Lol.

I'm quite confused tho. Some of my colleagues of the same paygrade told me their C is 2 month, some is 1.9 month, some is 1.8 month like another posted.

Within C got different levels meh?

And also, is your increment per year same % for all the C graders?

Was there a 360 survey? Is the survey only for selected people to take part? Been here long enough but was never asked to do any 360...
