Yup, i work in public service for 10 years and understand that there is no such thing as sign on bonus. Unless, HR is telling him or her the annual package is 12 + 3 months bonus.

Ya, got 4 months bonus. It's called AWS, PB, mid year and end year component.

7k+ should be experienced hire (approx H grade).

Personally I am satisfied with the programme experience so far. Not much to complain.
Trainings were given as promised. The experience is subjected to how you perceive the job. Personally I had the opportunity to be involved in several real cases which really open up my eyes to Cyber work. I recalled it was mentioned that Modularmaster certificate will be given at the end of our 18 month programme. We were also updated that the grad tea is in progress. So let's be patient since the programme will end next month. I am also seeing some of our batch mates being attached to other government agencies to further deepen their exposures.
