The poster said those ppl were from July 2020. So after 18 months they still need to wait for how long?

By the time they finish waiting, it's equivalent to serving an 18 month bond, even though the CSDP is advertised as bond-free. New hires should be aware of this dynamic before signing up.

Default Experience depends on individual and divisions

Personally I am satisfied with the programme experience so far. Not much to complain.
Trainings were given as promised. The experience is subjected to how you perceive the job. Personally I had the opportunity to be involved in several real cases which really open up my eyes to Cyber work. I recalled it was mentioned that Modularmaster certificate will be given at the end of our 18 month programme. We were also updated that the grad tea is in progress. So let's be patient since the programme will end next month. I am also seeing some of our batch mates being attached to other government agencies to further deepen their exposures.

Good for you. Have a great cyber career. Look for mentors whom you can aspire to be.

No need to say goodbye to me, I'm not even part of CSDP.

Default Not all bad

Looking at the comments. I must say that the programme is not all bad. I am from batch. 2 n my experience so far has been quite good. I m allowed to go for additional courses and certifications that help in my work. A minor complaint is that there are staff work n process that we need to follow but I am OK with it. My previous company also have many admin work.

As a pioneer batch of CSDP, I must say that the overall experience has been positive. Attended to real cases, people are friendly and gain some cybersecurity work. HR constantly planned for training for the cohort. Was also kept updated that Modularmaster graduation tea was postponed due to senior mgmt timing mismatch.
