And you are a PMET! You can afford legal service. Why must they fight for your case with their own money?

Even if you are a foreigner PMET, they won't fight your case either! Where do you get your second statement from? Yes they fight for construction worker against mean contractors, but are you a construction worker earning $25 a day?

They have protocol to follow. You can't be finding a barber for a hamburger takeaway. You can't be finding a banker and ask him for a happy meal. You have to find the right channel and yes, MOM is not the right channel.
What is your problem? I think it is fare that we as Singaporean has worked to pay taxes and give birth to increase the Singapore population. and I do not see what is wrong by earning more we are not entitled to access the service? if because we are earning more than SGD2500 mean we are not entitled?

Yes, all public services have to be rationed. Naturally the higher paid ones tend to get less. Just because you pay tax (seriously how much you pay? If you really paid that much you would be a high earner which suffice to say, shouldn't be complaining about getting 'free' legal service). As for giving birth, spare me that grandstanding crap. You give birth because having seex feels good, not because of some altruistic motive to increase Singapore population.

Default Non-payment of Salary & CPF

Hi All,

My employer has registered 2 companies and is not paying salary to all employees for past 2-3 months. Even he has not submitted CPF for them.

Few whose salary was below $4500 have gone to MOM and were able to get dues salary whereas for those who are withdrawing higher salary are suffering.

Despite of so many complaints registered MOM is approving EP for new joinee.

We all have decided to go for legal case. In future if you are looking for job please avoid joining below companies.

1. Pratyaya Pte Ltd
2. Cognetive ECM Pte Ltd

On the contrary, I think you have a problem understanding the role of a government or taxes. Ask yourself, what do you get first, your salary or pay income taxes? Obviously, you get your salary first, and you pay taxes on your income for public services rendered to enable you to earn that salary. These public services may or may not be visible to you.

It is certainly not that you are not entitled to the service, it is because there are people who needs it MORE than you. As you are relatively more well-off than others, you have more avenues to self-help because of your education, skills and financial capabilities.

This is the foundation of ALL modern progressive governments, not just Singapore.

retarded statement, give birth because having sex feels good? that just show the typical mindset of a lecher. Ppl can have all sort of reasons to start a family.

Wink Speak with a lawyer?

Hello folks,
Saw this service that lets you speak with a lawyer. Seems cheap and fast. $49, maybe good idea check with one. I tried it for another legal issue and got a call in a day. I was worrying like mad but felt so much better after talking to lawyer.

.asialawnetwork.com/quick-consult

Good luck bros.

Yes don't join these two companies. They never give salaries properly.
