Can alwayz suggest directly to ur higher ups during mid year chat time in June, how u wld like ‘em to conduct themselves

Uhmmm, i wouldn't recommend that, that could be suicide mission, because you could be saying that your higher ups are not doing a good job :P. Not sure if higher ups want to hear feedback to really help them improve, or is to suss out the non-loyalists :P.

Some of the IT systems being created are just damn lousy man.

Full of bugs and UI/UX issues. Not even asking for complex functions. Simple functions also can get errors. Also not intuitive for the user. Important and simple-to-implement functions also not there.

Seriously if this was in private sector, the entire team of software engineers and project managers might have been changed already.

If one kena arrow become "minutes taker", will this increase the notice period to 6 months ah? Just curious only ah...asking in case kena arrow then must plan in advance to siam the arrow

Good qn… u mean if u meeting secretary for that quarter ah? Suppose it depends how sensitive the info u hv access to lor. (Plse dont say here eh we not interested! ) But… it’s also good exposure for u, get to listen how policymakers think, maybe can add to ur value when u go out

May not be gd thing for u to siam also.. ya boss may wonder why u so uncooperative for admin work & then.. remember u for dat haha

Actually I don’t think u need to plan to siam, let say u tender when u roster to be minutes taker, they will likely take you off anyway as usually they don’t let resignees attend meetings where confi info being discuss.. my impression

But if they really want they can always put him or her for a later round to make up, so can’t be every time got holiday right hahaha never hear before exigencies of service ah

And what if they calling during supposed holiday and no oversea ring tone hahahahaa
