Getting a bit confused, I see some post here P3 grade is Lead Consultant then my friend got offer for P4 grade as Lead Consultant?

Heard first 7 weeks is on course then after that based on your performance.. if good go companies to develop new stuff... if bad go companies to maintain existing products
