Started investing in crypto with some personal and friends' money. went through the toughest bear market of 2018 and still profitable. Making venture capital level of return but can exit within 2 years for most investment I made. 10x the money I put in.

Probably the only person I know among my cohort to make a million from pure investing. Hope I can be an inspiration to some young millennials that still want to make it big . Have less than 100k networth as of 2018
After the summer bull run of DeFi in crypto. my networth have increased substantially. Crypto is possibly the greatest market for open-minded and savvy investor to involved in now. Huge information asymmetry with exponential growth especially in the decentralized finance sector.

1.5m cash
10m Crypto
Renting and still no property.
No car (might buy one soon)

Definitely not easy but if you are willing to put in the work to learn. It's possible to generate a good risk-adjusted return.

Basically crypto is experiencing exponential growth now especially in DeFi sector.

If you are asking about the technology behind crypto, it can become quite chim if you go beyond the buzzwords. But if you are talking about trading crypto stuff like stocks and commodities, then it is pretty much the same as other young markets

This is very true. Try telling multil - millionaires and billionaires that they are full of debt cause they own so many supercars hahah. This people only say that to make themselves feel better

to be fair, if an salaried employee invests in only property for passive income, its already overleveraging
