car - jaguar xj (paid up)
- vw golf for wife (30k outstanding)

property - 3-bedrm unit at katong amber road area (mortgage outstanding, but rent covers)
- 2-bedroom unit at joochiat (my home, but still paying mortgage from pockets)

portfolio - cant enter equity markets due to nature of my work, savings 20%. The rest pump into my daily expenses/ downpayments for home already. roughly 5m sgd in assets but mostly leveraged.

same category as you. i'm aiming for 10m liquid assets in 10 years. probably can't achieve that working for others. planning to do my own business soon.

does your combined net worth include your property that you are staying in?
