We can't find such statistical data for Singapore.
But for USA, these are the top 10 percentiles (USD) for household net worth:

A friend made the following estimations for Singapore households based on credit suisse 2019 report:
Out of the 1.4 million households in Singapore,
Top 10% (140k households) -- 1.2m to 1.5m USD
Top 3% (42k households) -- 5m USD
Top 1% (14k households) -- 12m USD
Top 0.5% (7k households) -- 20m USD
Top 0.1% (1.4k households) -- 50m USD

For individuals in Singapore (as opposed to households), in terms of net wealth (including residence):
4% have more than 1m USD
45% have 100k - 1m USD
37% have 10k - 100k USD
14% have less than 10k USD

It's easy to be a millionaire if you include cpf and property. Which would make up close to 50% or more of your networth.
Liquid assets 1mio is harder and less prevalent.

net worth is not just assets...
many bought their million dollars property on a mortgage.
if you have not paid off that mortgage...your asset of 1.3mil condo is gonna offset by your 1mil mortgage...
