I'm 31 with 23k savings 12k stocks, paid for car and a six figure house mortgage to pay. Looking at how well everyone is doing here, I should just change me name to lousy loser tan.

No you are not a loser. You are investing for your future.

50 plus K in your possession, with a car, is excellent at your age already.

28yo with 60K by itself is already something most people can’t achieve. Continue your current habits and you can hit half a million by 32

You should include the house in your net worth if you're gonna look at the 6 figure mortgage as part of your net worth.

House chao chao 250k to 300k right? Minus off the mortgage i would agar agar that equity is worth 100k at least right there. The car on the other hand i'd consider as a straight liability with petrol and tax year on year, tho you won't incur normal transportation tax like those without a car.
