65k in cash

490k in stocks/funds

360k in CPF

20k of savings as lost 20k+ when i was younger doing trades,
taking it as a lesson and starting fresh once again. hope to be up there with
all u successful people here.

looking to buy a 3br HDB soon... but still feel I canít afford one. posted overseas for work now but feel I canít afford anything if I decide to move back to SIN
