Hi all,
would like to seek some advice here. In a hi-potential scheme but in a second-tier stat board, as compared to a farmer in a first-tier stat board. which is better in the long run?

So you're saying those at the top tier will overtake Govtech salaries? Can share example?

If you are on a high-po scheme, your career progression will be accelerated, and then you can decide at what level you want to 'jump' to another stat board at that same level in the future.
If you decide to jump to the so-called first-tier stat board now, you won't necessarily be on a similar scheme and there might be more competition. So your progression may be significantly slowed down as compared to if you continued in your hi-po scheme.

If you climb the ranks, the pay will follow. And it is harder to climb ranks.
