There would be MI unless your performance grade is dismal or you're at your salary ceiling

When switching between statboards/ministries, Anyone know if your salary will be preserved?
Am thinking of switching from a high paying stat board to a not-so-high paying ministry (e.g. MSF). HR told me that my salary would transfer over, but somehow I doubt they can afford to pay me the same salary lol.
They can probably hire 2 fresh graduates for my current annual pay (I currently have a few years work exp)

If join ministry in Dec 2022. April 2023 PB default = C. This means coming appraisal in Oct 2023 not yet 1 year full, will it be default C grade again, or got chance get other gradings?

Appraisal is from Jan 2023 to Dec 2023…..fyi

I transferred to a ministry in Feb 2021.
March 2021 PB is C+
2022 and 2023 PB is B
So I guess it's possible.

I thought MX14 ceiling is 3.5k?
Range 1.9k to 3.5k.

For MOE EO looking to convert to MX scheme, what would be the equivalent grade? For MOE GEO3, is it equivalent to MX12 and for GEO4, MX11?
