Compare civil service salary

Hey all,

Wondering what mx grade would a manager title for a stat board fall under ? Also is there a range for this type of roles ? I have around 4-5 YOE work wise.

Yes, but planning to quit after receiving bonus. Toxic in the sense that people there are acquittance, and not your friends. Stagnant career as well, and long working hours too.

Thats good.. Got offered 2 years contract.. Guess need 2 years probation then can convert to perm..

isnt most workplaces like that ? Colleagues are just colleagues ? but i understand sometimes it just doesnt click and going to work can be a drag…. oh wow… long working hours would mean OT is part of the culture there ?

Could you share how long you were at SSG and what was your title and salary wise ? i’m making around 4k ish and if the offer is similar i would take it as my current workplace has pretty hardcore politics going around and im probably already marked at my workplace now :/

Offered a salary within the range of MX12b. What does that mean?
Should I take it or not? I have currently 4 years of experience..

12b range quite wide, yours lower or upper end. 4-5 years enough to try 11?

Nowadays hear many cases of contract not renewed. No headcount.

It is actually at the higher end, about 400 dollars away from the ceiling.
After MX12b, it will be MX11?
