PERSONAL EXP. Take with a pinch of salt.

LTA
grade 6 - fresh grad (takes one to two years to next grade) About 3.3~4k
grade 7 - not so fresh (takes anywhere from one to seven years to next grade) About 3.6~4.5k
grade 8 - somewhat old bird, about 4k~6k+

Main bell curve are grades 7,8 and 9.

If you applied for Community Partnerships, good luck. The salary is not worth it.

Hi, I’m in my late 20s, earning mid 5k as a manager in ministry. Is this considered low or high?

Was offered a pretty low starting salary... Is it worth it to farm up or try my luck else where?

Yeah around there too. The benefits don't seem that great either which is why I'm at a dilemma now. 30% lower is quite a substantial amount.

Tried but was told that it's the best they can offer me. Think based on their internal policies they can't do much either. Did ask about what other perks but it's pretty standard across all ministries and nothinggreat. During my interview seems like it's office every day, no WFH aka no flexibility so can't even justify the 30% with that.

30% lower annually, even when you calculate a 16th month package?

Revised salary ranges:

MX11A: 5900 - 9700
MX10: 7600 - 10773 / 10774 - 12300
May I know what happens when one has hit the first ceiling of 10,773 of MX10? Do they just get an increment to the next pay range? Or does it mean the officer will now be promoted to MX10A (is there such a thing?)?
