Hi I’m new here. Got a verbal confirmation from a min to hire me and that I should wait for HR to get back to me on a proposal. The role is for senior manager, and I have 10 yoe and local grad. Will the proposal indicate the mx level and what kind of mx and salary range should I look at?

Most of the work you think you're doing is just pushing papers doing a few slides and of course carrying balls only leh. In fact you're already being overpaid almost little-to-no-Real-work done.
