dont compare by base salary. CS bonuses is good whereas pte can be earning $10k/mth but just 0-2 mths bonus

Most of the work you think you're doing is just pushing papers doing a few slides and of course carrying balls only leh. In fact you're already being overpaid almost little-to-no-Real-work done.
