Some job tittles are inflated, LTA entry level can be AM, entry level for ministry. even MOE have entry level Operations Manager

Anyone knows average/rough salaries (including bonus) in the civil sector for someone with 5-6 years working experience?

I know it varies across different ministries/boards/industries so do list down the name of the ministry/board together with the pay. Thanks!

Waiting for clearance from a SB now. Just wondering if it’s possible to negotiate the salary if it doesn’t meet expected?

Is there anything after MX-9? Or would it be on a completely different payscale?
