To answer your qns, I have just one of the SB policy which states you have to remain in service till 31st Jan for aws.

So yes, since you end of service 9th Jan, then they will claw back the aws from you.

i.e. You can only tender on 1st Jan if you want to keep the aws.

Is there any difference between the salary offer by ministries vs a statutory board for similar job scope?

Can be grade 6 or 7. U are fresh grad?
