Hi anyone able to advise emplacement and promotion? Is is possible for both in the same year?
What are the chances for emplacement after contact end?
Will there be any benefits different and any increment of pay?

Should have bah. Increment for MX12 is around 250-300.

Possible for both i believe. E.g. mx 13 to mx 12 + emplacement.
No change to benefits.
