This is accurate for most ministries though the gap between SAD and DD is the most difficult to cross. Some people are stuck at SAD for a long time.

lets put in context.
most ppl will retire at mx10.. only some can make mx9..
be DD, SAD or AD.. designation depends on the agency or min you are in

the 6-7 DD you referring to is mx11 or mx11a.. the one other ppl here is refering to is at least mx10 upper

Hi all, any opinions on working at Enterprise Singapore or ESG as an associate (entry level)? Saw quite a number reviews online that ESG has a strong competitive or should i say "elitist" culture, but dont know how true are those reviews..
They seem to have quite a number of job openings now (like SGunited or associate), dk if high turnover rate is a factor.

Jumping in to comment. I am a mx10, early 40s, DD, salary slightly above 10k, 15 years of experience, in a Ministry HQ.
