Anyone know the pay and career progression in MTI economist scheme? For scholar and non-scholar as well. Thanks!
So far from threads here I only found starting salary 4.85k for FCH and 4.4k for second. also does pay differ based on prestige of uni? (Oxbridge/ivy vs local)

I know 1 scholar with masters started as assistant director at low 5k.

i am on IT Specialised Scheme. Cross over from private 1yr ago. annual package 135k.
35yr old with about 10 yrs working exp

Would also like to know what is the culture like in MTI and do all economists work there?
