Not bad. You should have a CEP of at least MX9. Which JC and Uni were you from?

Mx14 is the equivalent to the now defunct mso6. Mx13 is mso5 accordingly.
For degree holders mx13 is the entry level before they get promoted to mx12 around a year or 2 later.
For diploma holders u can cross the glass ceiling from mx13 to mx12 provided ur performance is good.

Is it true that EDB/ MTI/ MAS ppl are paid higher, or is that a common misconception? I thought everyone is pegged to the MX scale (excl. economists/specialized) so shouldn't it be roughly the same across all ministries?
