Hi
Can anyone advise what are the salary range for the rank and file grade for civil service? I am contemplating an offer for a AD in one of the ministries where there are Asst Mgr, Mgr, Snr Mgr, AD and SAD.

AD if not inflated title is MX11A:
MX9 (Directors) $11,110 to $17,370
MX10 (Senior Management) $7,000 to $11,470
MX11 (Middle Management) $4,740 to $8,305
MX12 (Management) $2,945 to $5,925
MX13 (Fresh Graduates) $3,500 to $4,000

Hi there, just found this forum and it seems like there's quite a number of LTA employees here. I'm considering applying for engagement/mar comms role which LTA current has vacancies for. I read some negative reviews about community partnership (CPN) on Glassdoor and one here. Am wondering if anyone can shed some light or provide some details? I'm good at heavy workload and stress but don't enjoy politics (mentioned in the reviews). Do they also work 7 days a week and on round-the-clock standby?
I'm also considering the role in Active Mobility. Anyone has any intel about this division?

How come MX12 base pay ($2945) is lower than MX13 ($3.5K).
What is the expected salary for a MX Civil servant at 5 YOE, 10 YOE

Me MX11A at close to 7YOE ( joined as fresh grad non-scholar NS man)
