Default Transfer of service

Hello.

I was recently given the opportunity to transfer service from 1 ministry to another.

I would like to know if during my transfer of service, will my 13th month bonus and other bonuses be pro-rated because I am transferring to another ministry or will I be getting the full amount because my duration in CS is continued.

Default LTA Deputy Manager

What is the substantive grade of a Deputy Manager with the LTA likely to be?

And what is the salary range (minimum to maximum) for this substantive grade?

Everything will be kept intact if it’s transfer of service but your new ministry may hold back the portion from your current ministry if your performance isn’t good. This happened to my colleague and he has to forfeit some of his bonus.

Starting salary for specialized schemes generally about 20-30%+ higher than MX scheme. Your salaries also rise faster correspondingly as a result.

Source: Have an offer from one of the specialized schemes

Their performance bonuses are also higher, and they also get special bonuses that ordinary MXOs wouldnt get. And yes the salaries rise quicker too.
