How is the hiring process like for LTA? Is it relatively easier to get in compared to other SBs such as EDB and STB?

Also, is it true that both LTA and HDB have high turnover rates compared to other SBs?

EDB is way harder to get to get in than LTA or STB. Most who get into EDB are at the top percentile of their cohort. Hence pay and bonuses tend to be higher, and rise faster especially for top performers.

Agree.. EDB is the top statboard so it’s really hard to compare
