Does anyone know how much is the salary for a management associate in healthcare (say, NHG) and how is the salary progression like?

Isn’t it quite standard for one to be promoted and confirmed as a permanent staff from MX 13 (Fresh grad, local Uni) to MX 12 after a year? This is my general understanding and I know most peers who also got promoted after a year despite the standard 2 year contract. However, I’ve also heard from others that it’s actually not that common / standard? Not sure what’s the usual or if it varies across ministries and job scopes...
