Don't most companies nowadays have long working hours nowadays?
Work hard and you'll be recognised. Stock options are good too

Apple no longer gives stock options to low / middle level executives. Also their working hours is long even by banking standards.

I was there for 4 months in 2015, turnover very high. Most people are attracted by the brand and think it is like google, go there then realize its very cut cost type of culture like manufacturing & leave after a while.

After the steve jobs backdating options scandal, Apple no longer gives out stock options. Instead RSUs are given.
Most of the Apple Singapore jobs are in the lower paying departments, aka Logistics, Finance, Operations, call center.
If you do join the 'right' department though, the salary is fantastic.
In the 'right' department, basic compensation is highly competitive and bonus is about 10-12 months at the junior level.
Bonus is primarily paid out in RSU.

RSUs need to wait 3 years to cash out which most ppl cannot tahan that long (very smart design by HR). Cash bonus is average ~3 mths and you need to be middle level to get RSU even if the department is considered strategic.
