I have worked 6.5 years. 3 years in design contractor job drawing ard $2.5k. Made a career switch after obtaining my DL degree to Facilities Management. Currently drawing $3.5k as a junior manager. Am I underpaid?

3 years experience in industrial machinery as control/electrical engineer. current paid is $2600.
am i underpaid compare to the other engineer in same field?

Nowadays titles totally don't reflect position & pay. Use to be only banks inflate, now others also doing.
My company's titling now look something like this after it got acquired by a US MNC
Executive - 1.8k+
Snr Exec - 2.5k+
Asst Manager - 3k+
Manager - 4k+
Snr Manager - 5k+
Asst Director - 6k+
Director - 8k+
VP - 10k+
Now I see many youngsters in mid 30s calling themself Snr Manager, very confusing...
