For a senior accounts exec who don't manage people, $5k is good. Otherwise, how much do you think you are worth?

Now adays, compines and people only see papers and not experience from how long you work as a whatever in your job, etc. You see others get higher pay you also want but are you worth the amount?

I find Miwashi more tolerable than Bean or Anoynomous, at least he is honest about his miserable grass cutting job and keep trying to look for job & fail.
Bean only knows how to badmouth STE, but ask him to find another job he diam diam & say he is participating in forum just to "benchmark" against his peers.
Anoynomous cut & paste some finance jargon to confuse others to believe he is some hot potato in the investment world

I have 10 years of total working experience. 8 years in events, marketing and a bit of communication related roles. I make a career switch to personal secretary 2 years ago and serving CEO & Directors. Currently my pay is $3.3k. May I underpaid? My company is a local SME.

Pay is competitive. Even if you switch to MNC as secretary is 4k max.
