I do not like to do marketing that has sales component. Prefer to do back-end marketing. Joined my current company and I still do some marketing, events roles such as organising tradeshow, planning advertisment budget, planning company retreat etc. The personal assistance in my company left so my boss gives me additional portfolio with an increase of salary.

Hence, I am doing the above plus personal assistance roles for $3.3k. Do you think I am still underpaid?

title means sh!t. industry you are working in is more important.

I'm just a normal Mining Operations Manager, but I earn more than my classmate who is Vice President in local bank. This last year was bad, only 3 months bonus. During the good years I have gotten up to 8 months bonus.



In any case, you being underpaid means someone like me can be overpaid.
