Looks like the car prices are softening now
Just look at the newspaper advertisements .. Galore of offers
Its a matter of time COE will drop to $30k soon
Every quarter we will have snowballing increase in quota as more cars deregistered.
congrats to those who had waited patiently...huat ah!

We are a middle income couple in our forties, earning a combined income of $150k pa. We save $35k pa. We live in a condo in the OCR which is now valued at $800k. We also own a car.

We currently have no debts as we managed to clear them off gradually. Our total net worth is $1.2m, comprising our condo, CPF funds and some cash.

Our concern is whether we can retire at the age of 60. Can any financial gurus here give some ideas how can we prepare for retirement? Thanks.
