i'll bite n say the truth...not gonna BS like many others here
age: 28 male served NS
total package in 2011: just shy of $80k
working hours: 6.30pm 95% of the time
exit plan: will look ard next yr as increments suck...hopin to snag a $110k p.a job

wat class of honours?
look like you have done very well, me is 2007 ntu batch with NS, 5 years exp, can't even smell 70k p.a

how do you define increment sux??
how many % increment is consider sux?? what is your base salary??
my company give me 3.5% increment for C performer like me, my base is only $37xx, so 3.5% ~$130 only.......is cfm more sux than your?!?!?

increment sucks means 5.X % increment for someone who works hard n fast
i got a B grade, which im told is 'very good'.....well whatever la
