Very strange logic don't you think?

It should be:

If 35 yo, own your condo through your own earnings
Etc...

Otherwise children born in condo also satki?

How if mid 50s, own 2 condos, 2 cars?

Material wealth is temporary. Don't be too obsessed about wealth. When you die, your wealth doesn't follow you to the grave. Your wealth will be spent away immediately by your wife and children. Your wife will splurge and your children will buy a big mansion and retire early. It is stupid to work so hard and retire so late in your 60s and then you die just a few years after that. Most people think they will live until 90 but many will die much earlier than that.

You should work as long as you could. I wish to work till i am 80 like lee kuan yew.

if you have a bit of money, don't anyhow buy things you don't need, because then you need to worry about it, like maintenance lah, upkeep of the items.

If that's the kind of wife you have and the kind of kids you raised its no wonder you want to spend every last cent.

Heck why did you choose that kind of wife or have kids to begin with?? LOL

This is true. Many humans are fooled into the greedy pursuit of wealth and power.

Being rich is not a problem but wasting your wealth on wasteful pursuits and sinful things is.

If you use your wealth and power to help the poor, feed the needy, house the homeless, care for the old and orphans and doing good in this world, then you are doing the right thing.

You can donate most of your wealth to charity when you die. Leave just a bit for your children so that they will not be lazy. Let them learn to build up their own wealth so that they too can do good in this world. I don't plan to leave so much for my children. I am spending my time and wealth to do good, to make the lives of others a bit better.

The path to happiness is not the wealth itself but the journey of acquiring the wealth in an honest way and then spending it for the betterment of your family and the needy around us.

The more you give to charity, the happier you will be. The giving does not only mean giving up your wealth but also your time and your effort.
