Singapore is freaking stressful. I earn 120k/annum, but my partner always complains that I'm not earning enough and looks down on me. Is 120k that low for a degree holder with 10 years of experience??

LOL and how much does your partner earn?
10k is quite good. Look at Singapore degree holder median salary... It's around 8k and that's with employer cpf and bonus / 12 lol
If you're getting 120k base you are already in top 10% earner.

Fastest stable way to make lots of money through education:
1.Do accelerated 1 year A levels in UK/foundation programme in AUS
2. Study medical school in UK/AUS (5 years)
3. Do anesthesiology medical training/residency in USA (4 years)
4. Start off as AC in MOHH (12k base monthly/18K monthly with allowance and bonus)
5. Leave for private practice after 3 years in MOHH
(Will be earning 35000/month as private anaesthesiologist in Parkway/Raffles)
This will be achieved at the age of 29 for girls and for guys, assuming they pass all their exams smoothly from A level/foundation onwards.

Your partner is crazy.
Go look at the Median monthly salary for Singaporeans of all ages.
25 - 29 years old: 4.4k
30 - 34 years old: 5.7k
35 - 39 years old: 6.8k
40 - 44 years old: 6.8k
s://dollarsandsense.sg/whats-median-salary-singapore-every-age-gender-education-race/
Your 10k a month is already more than majority of degree holders in Singapore who worked for 10+ years lol
of course la there will be some in tech earning 10k as fresh grads but can't compare with these people right? its like saying why not be tiktok CEO by age 40 and earn 1.6m a year?

if we're comparing foreign expats then yeah you're right but singaporeans compared to singaporeans, top 10% much lower than 270k annual
if we compare with foreign expats then the Indians in SG reported salaries close to 25k monthly in age brackets of 40s. but that data is from 2022 tho i dunno how accurate is it now
