Looking to retire soon. The tip is to start investing early, no use going to a local uni. Better gain work experience > learning obsolete stuff from school.

Salary increment
Hi,
Do HR still practice offering candidates salary package from their
previous payslip?
Market is offering a higher amount but my salary
started out as below market rate. I noticed most jobs used that as reference.
I noticed my pay is 35% below market rate for my experience and most companies
offer like 15%-20% max.
When i asked for 35%, HR are not accomodating. What is most effective method to convince them otherwise or any website do professionals use a reference to nego better pay?

110k$ per year, but I also invest and trade, so the final sum is a little bit bigger but always different. I think 2022 will be the first year when I lost on investing. the market is really deep now.

How many years have you been working for?
