Most likely LTA/ DSO or a Engineer position in a stat board. Almost impossible to find private sector paying so high for fresh grads.

My GLC 1st class with NS only 3.7k

STA currently pays FCH grads 4k base.
Their pay scheme is based on a guaranteed 14mths payout. So effectively, a FCH will get around $4.7k/mth.
