We got completion bonus.
Maybe ur era is nus fac med that one is 20 years ago.

By my time is softe already
Now mo 6.0+ 0.5 clinical allowance + 1.2 calls = 7.7
Then also mid year 0.5 year end bonus 1.0, 13th mth 1.0, cvb 2.5
Total is 5mth
7.7*12 + 6*5 = 122.4k pa
Hence pm is 10k

Opportunity cost is too high.
1 year may be insufficient to conclude anything worth publishing.
Likely to be expensive charity work with limited returns.

What do people think about the moh statement about new MC policy - article in straits times today.
Personally I feel that locum market will be shrinked significantly if MCR number required on MCs.. just wondering what will be the 2nd and 3rd order effect?
- more job opportunities for legal locums (i.e not nsf)?
- busier polyclinic and ed?

Nsf is fine. Can locum. Just talk to ur commander to get implicit approval
