Will like to open up this qn to all mmeders and even ortho specialists. Is it really possible to differentiate between patellofemoral pain syndrome and early patellofemoral OA in a 40 plus PT who present with mechanical knee pain?
Not trying to be sour, but even if answer is pfps, surely other reasonable differentials derived should be considered right?

If u sank into depression becuase fail an exam then it's not the exam but you
Pls seek help.

The hardest part of your medical career is getting in and not passing the exam

Getting into med school is hardest
Getting into residency is hardest.

Heard that results are out next week. Whatever the outcome, life goes on. Your career path may take a turn, but I believe employment opportunities are always available

dont worry

if fail then retake
not the end of the world
fail doesnt mean you no good

rmb in nus, we had classmates that failed mbbs
look at them now, doing very well too

mbbs failure u really delay working by 6months
mmed failure you still can work

#self efficacy, #able to handle failure, #self-esteem
we teach our patients how to protect their mental health
we should also mediate, and learn to handle failure well
