Trust me there will still be long queue of young JC students wanting to be dr.
You joking? you dont need 69 years to gain proficiency. 10-15 years under good tutorship by our FP is enough real world experience. But agree make their bond amount higher, this has already been discussed anyway

Sure or not, all 3 med school increasing their intake, I see at least 600-700 new doctors every year if you included img from recognized overseas uni..even if 20-30% leave still more than enough.

I highly doubt any Singaporean will go and do a non recognised basic degree.
Or is your grades actually so sucky that u can't even get into a 3rd tier UK uni.
India indian doctors usually go to the UK or USA.

Who gonna do my calls?

Mohh hr is a bit different.
They sack already, not enough mo is the hosp issue.
Is never the mohh hr problem
So of course they sack

Bro ur time no emr. Just paper scribble.
Simple notes entry.
My boss say in 1980s, they one mo run 1-2 ward no issues

Our time is epic.
You know how many clicks to get the most basic ordering and documentation done?
In epic?
Other than emr is super lots of clicks and waste time, nowadays patients more complex also
So 1 per cubicle instead of per ward

69 years is more like lifetime govt employee. Nothing to do
With gaining proficiency.

All drs in sg should be civil servants. No pte.

The point is even with mediocre pay and lifetime contracts
There will STILL be fools lining up for this.
The "prestige" is too great
Perhaps many will be sons ans daughters of rich

Sounds like those 3rd party employment agency
Mohh should have lifetime bonds for the drs.
Cannot quit. If sack means strike off register
Drs cannot strike.
Easy to manage if you are forecful.

Mohh will withold Ur bonus and don't progress u as a resident.
If u poly fp, usually the clinic head drink kopi with u and ask u don't do again.
Second time maybe withhold bonus -> then u should quit liao since bonus so gao. Outside market so good now, pple leaving at the drop of a hat.
Hopsital rp if Kenna find out same. If I'm hod, I will ask u to do more ****, since after long day u still got time to locum! Definitely will not sack u.
Tbh, everyone close an eye now la.
SAF rule number 1. Dun locum everyday. U do once a week , same clinic good relationship no one will find out de

I think bond of 0.5million is too little.
The contract should be life time servitude

We will provide them with an ezlink card for transport and 3 meals a day.
And fresh scrubs, communal lodging but no monetary compensation.

If they dont turn up for work. We can arrest them
