About there la.
They give u 2 weeks leave per year only.
From mo pay like a lot but U work out each hour less than 70 SGD.
U spend ur every hour seeing patient.
Day in day out v sian one.
Trust me la. Work hard, get Ur specialist.
You will be starting 100 to 120 an hour but not working all the time
Do procedure even better. End of the year lump sum can hit 100k or more.

Does sound a little low compared to what my friends tell me they are earning in other chains.
Having said that residents who just finished mmed are quoted 8.6k with additional 1250 for their qualification.
So...

So.....what's the max salary for these mmed fam med drs if they
Stay on and work their way up?
$300,000 a year?
Strange that for salaried employees you guys talk in monthly
Salary rather than annual
Usually monthly is for temp contract workers

Hard to calculate annual package as a lot of senior staff I spoke to are tightlipped about the bonus they are getting. Classic response is "it depends..; got different components;.. see your teamlets kpi...", So a little hard to calculate total annual package (and I guess salary and bonus can be quite sensitive topic, given that it kind of gives away your performance grading as well?)

Lots of speculation involved as a result as we all know ops depends on their bonus package to compete with outside gp land. I guess this also give rise to the speculation and trolls on this thread.

I am also curious if mmed FP bonus is calculated different from a gdfm FP bonus (as the actual monthly pay difference between the 2 is only about 1.5 k)

So insecure?
Come on. We all know the bonus is maybe around a
Few months worth
So in total got 300k?
400k?
500k?
I think likely close to 200k plus minus?

If u m.med fp, no need calculate one if u going for pure money. Outside gp now pays v well.
The salary for gp thrown around here is for those without any proper experience or qualification.
Expect 18 to 20k average monthly all in if u hired to anchor a clinic ( this value is based on profit sharing as well )

Polyclinic never pride themselves on pay. But they just pay u enuff so that outside is not that attractive

Trade off for that few k less is variety to work, career progression, job stability, etc but also comes with more responsibilities etc.

Get Ur m.med then decide if institution work is something u like or at least can bear with.
End of the day that 2 to 3k monthly difference u still can't afford a GCB. So choose a workplace u think u can tong for the next 30 years. Don't be so short sighted. Career longevity is v important, something that younger folks seem to ignore

Thanks for sharing some depth.
But straight to the point. how much?

so for no experience GP anchoring a pte clinic it is 18k-20k a month? So 200-250k a year?

MMed? 300k? 400k?
