The nastiness you see is just a reflection of reality. Drs talk bad about other drs behind their backs and sometimes in front of them (especially in surgical dept) all the time. It's an ego thing.
All this talk about working together and being a team and what not is all just a façade.

let him continue.
piss off enough people, he can be traced anyway.
wasn't it too long ago that a doctor in Australia lose his license due to his remarks on some forum. and that particular doctor was cock sure he being a Malaysian working in Australia is immune from irresponsible remarks on a Singapore forum ?

Agreed, most of the Malaysian doctors I know in public hospitals are the two-faced backstabbing kind who always play politics behind others backs, dun know why MOHH keep hiring them to steal our limited residency and consultant positions which should be reserved for true blue Singaporeans.

Coz sinkie buay gan and are dead weight.
I'm sinkie myself so it hurts but I must say the truth

Come on lah who won the badminton. Sinkie?
No . It is a talent that we have the foresight to train.

I tell u the number of Chinese and Indians in Malaysia is more than Singapore.

The only way for Singapore to punch above it's weight is to get them to come to Singapore.

As for residency, I actually find the most deserving are the Burma docs.
But took bad they mostly work as rp
I rather do call with Burmese rp than a lousy sr

See? Again. Talk bad about other drs. This time say sinkie drs lousy even though himself is sinkie.
Somehow himself sinkie dr but hinself only one that is not CMI but as if all other sinkie drs lousy.
This is what is wrong with the profession. Toxic.

You can say that yourself cmi. But you paint with one stroke ALL sinkie doc CMI?
Seriously?
I am sure SMC will take more than umbrage with that statement.
There will be good drs and not so good drs in every batch, every country, every discpline. But when we start to diss our colleagues in public this undermines the profession.
Why focus on the negative? There are good singaporean drs out there same as good doctors from foreign countries.
This is what I mean by doctors turning the profession into a toxic work environment.

Drs are not united. Mostly lone wolfs with small packs ready to attack one another.
But it makes them easy to control and bully which works well for the higher authorities.
You wont see law society being bullied the same way.
