Yes all MOs get clinical allowance.

How much do HOs draw nowadays?

No point getting postgrad qualifications unless you are confident you can make into a residency and complete it successfully

Yes this is true. Can just ask your MOs if you want to confirm current situation.

In the past you used to have to get one of the postgraduate qualifications or similar to get the $500 clinical allowance as an MO. This changed around 2019 if I don't remember wrongly such that all MOs get the clinical allowance regardless of whether they have gotten the MRCS/MRCP/etc.

Wah no more? I guess those exams are too easy. Almost everyone passes.

SG prob need to set their own specialist exams. No need to do UK exams anymore.

4 calls a month? Including weekend calls? that's really light.

used to get around 3k plus. Back then call allowance was $70+. No difference between weekend and weekday. More than 20 years ago
