Do you know how much bonus the banks pay?
That's bonus you want to work hard for. Not stupid healthcare type bonus nonsense.

Yes HCWs are underpaid. This is coming from my perspective as a allied health professional working in one of the largest healthcare cluster in SG. It is high time MOH review our salary. Agreed with you, the only saving grace is the job is recession proof.

My pay now around 5.7k after the yearly increment for past 4 years. Planning to be go in the future, so nt sure about reg and ac pay.

Do MOs' pay increase throughout the years? Say MO year 1 $5000, MO year 2 $5500, etc. Or is the MO pay stagnant throughout the MO years?
Also is there any difference in MO pay for different specialization?
