The range is literally from like 120k a year to millions.

It depends on so many things - the industry, size of company, his rank, at which point he left private practice

No. It's expressly disallowed - can just check the SILE page.

However, you are allowed to do Part A and RLT together, so I always wondered why UK grads dont rush to get it done and then do their TC before Part B - this lets them get called half a year early.
