Yah lol, this one is negligence enough to breach PCR liao. Firing might even have been to appease the client and get him to not report to law soc

Is this an urban legend? Do u even liti? When u file a doc on elit it is served immediately on ur opponent. How can u file but not serve. Utter ******** on this forum

just an observation: this is not correct. filing a document on eLitigation doesn't necessarily mean it will be served, much less immediately. The party filing the document has the option of serving, but will be charged $2 for each party it is served on.

Regardless. Its just fake news. I can't believe any sc sacking a poor junior for such small thing. Everyday such stuff happens at my firm and all still alive like heros
