Yeah what is not known is that if you fail either the MCQ or OSCE there’s no resit unlike part b. Where resits are free.

Here you pay the full fees again. Unless you’re a Milbank junior associate where S$7k+ is spare change, it’s caveat emptor

You really think firms are gonna be dishing out TC offers/job offers to him because of his dual-qualification?

Getting a TC/Assoc job will still depend on other things... not your dual-qualification.

I agree with the other posters that there are law firms looking specifically to hire dual-qualified individuals...however, as mentioned, most are usually looking for UK/SG dual-qualification and not AU/SG dual-qualification. If you take a look at the jobs posted for these positions, you'll also realize that none of them are for fresh grads without at least some working experience. Most will still want at least UK NQ...

No surprise here, someone can pretend to be harvard-eton grads knowing the ins and outs of cravath and sound like they are some some legal god to be worshipped with heavenly-grade insights

Reality, Some anonymous lawyer with average credentials working at an uninspiring job until 3am looking for validation from their fellow lawyer-minions

What's the issue with NUS/ SMU?

Cambridge only requires like AAA based on conditional offers. Do we have to be elitist about the college now then? So people who go to Trinity are the gods and people who go to places like Girton or Fitzwilliam are peasants is it.

When the anonymous posters attack a range of universities (including ivies) and don't do the same for a named one or two, it may be more of a reflection of the identity of the poster/s and the universities those poster/s went to. Rather than accurate showing of truth.

Don't be too gullible, readers. Take everything you read here as a pinch of salt.

Let’s not be so harsh on smu and nus.
After all the profs teaching them are from Oxbridge anyway
So same delivery, same standards.
