NQ this year April.
6k monthly + 2mths bonus = one of the big4 that is famous for this number
5.5k monthly + 3 mths bonus = rest of the big 4
4.5k monthly + X mths bonus = mid-big firms
below 4k = all other small firms

X meaning depends on the firm and partners on how much to give you. not a definite number of months and vary accordingly.
